Small shacks are never my choice to go with bunch of my friends because you ultimately got to wait which is sometimes not possible especially when you all sneak out for lunch from workplace. However; location really matters and so is the hype. Got the chance to visit one of the hyped places K-Town Burgers. It is located at Khayaban e Sehar Dha Phase 7. 🏦

Anyway, with a lot of chaos we were seated without knowing the fact the that nightmare is about to start. Can you imagine craving for a mouth-watering burger with empty stomach and encountering with the most annoying server. He was nothing but a headache, asked menu 50 times and instead of writing it he was completely relying on his memory which obviously resulted the order got so messed up that no one knew what exactly they were eating like wow! 🤷♀️

Ordered 🥦Chicken Pops 5/10 , it was at the recommendation of the server which he literally forced. 🍟Loaded Fries 7/10 – Thankfully they were great. 🥦Peri Bites 5/10 Sogy & cheese less & with reference to burgers, All I was sure about 🍔"Beef Spicy Burger” 4/10 which I would say a thick patty with no sauce, no cheese and off course no taste! And this was it I called the manager and all he had to say was sorry. Order took an hour to come despite being repeating order thousand times and enquiring to manager too. One of my friends didn’t get her burger even when we all had ours lol.🤦♀️

Then came the check part, when bill arrived, and we had no clue what was it? You must be thinking why? Because we all had burger, curly fries & drink which makes it a deal according them too and it came without having anything mention related to deals. For the last time called manager again and he was sorry again and just because of the courtesy of the Manager we didn’t leave in the middle! They really need to make some appropriate changes with regards to service and off course taste as price point doesn’t always help! Btw; per head was around 650! 🙏
